Hey! I am Riley
I am a certified personal trainer for travelers, remote workers, and digital nomads.

I help remote workers, travelers, and digital nomads stay fit no matter where they land. Whether you’re working from a co-living space in Bali or bouncing between time zones every month, I help you build a routine that travels with you.
For 6 years, I’ve helped clients build their dream bodies, without a permanent gym.
I was working at a high-end gym as a personal trainer in New York City when COVID hit. All my work went remote, and I found myself wondering: could I do this from Mexico instead? So I took the leap. I put everything in storage and traveled the world for over 4 years.
Now I bring fitness directly to travelers, wherever they are.
I partner with travel communities like WiFi Tribe to teach digital nomads how to stay fit on the road. My approach is simple: build habits that add onto your travel life, not take away from it. Fitness should make your trip better, never something you have to sacrifice for it.
My mission: make fitness feel achievable, anywhere.
You deserve to feel strong and confident in your own skin, no matter your time zone. That’s why I offer 1:1 coaching and group coaching. My goal is simple: fitness that fits your life, not the other way around.

Let’s take you from where you are to where you want to be.
But first, let’s make sure I’m the right fit to help you get there.

Meet Logan
Registered Dietician. masters of public health, Ingredient Sleuth

Logan began her career grounded in clinical science, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from USC, followed by a Master of Public Health with an emphasis in Environmental Health from UCLA. Then she completed her dietetic training at Pepperdine University to understand the clinical foundation of how food and toxins affect the body at every level.
She has traveled to more than 50 countries and realized that nomads needed more than diet advice. They needed someone who understands their lifestyle. Her mission is to help people make intentional, sustainable swaps that support long-term well-being, from grocery store choices to home furnishings to the air you breathe while you sleep.
